Zenterio’s Chairman and Board of Directors re-elected at AGM 2015
In preparation for Zenterios annual general meeting, held on the 30th of June in Stockholm, the nominating committee suggested the re-election of Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo as Chairman of the Board and Fredrik Oweson, Tomas Franzén, Niklas Antman and Helmut Stein as members of the board of directors as well as the re-election of Christoffer Callans as alternate to the board of directors. Furthermore, the nominating committee suggested the election of Johan Ekesiöö as a member of the board of directors. All nominees were unanimously elected during the annual general meeting.

All time high for Zound Industries
The Stockholm-based lifestyle electronics company Zound has had their most successful year so far. Total sales for the year amounted to 534,7 million SEK, represented an increase of 220.8 million, an upturn of 70 percent from previous year. Further Zound Industries reports an improved operating profit of 41.5 million, compared to -7.9 million for 2013.

Fredrik Lidjan tillträder i dag som VD för Magnolia Bostad. Han efterträder Andreas Rutili, som vid årsstämman i april tar plats som ledamot i bolagets styrelse. Fredrik Lidjan kommer från en position som affärsansvarig för hyresrättsutveckling inom Magnolia Bostad och har dessförinnan varit verksam i ägarbolagets styrelse samt i bolagets investeringskommitté.
