– I’m honored to take over the role as permanent CEO of Zound Industries, says Pernilla Ekman. This is a company with great ambition and the attitude to make it happen. I’m looking forward to be a part of this company’s global expansion in the next few years.
Since Pernilla joined the company in 2011, Zound’s board of directors has gotten to know her very well and has recognized her unique ability to bring structure to a fast-growing company, while maintaining its entrepreneurial spirit, says Christel Kinning, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Zound Industries. We are positive that Pernilla is the person this company needs to continue its impressive growth.
The company was awarded the Supergasell price in December 2013 by leading Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri in recognition of its growth of almost 11 000% during a three-year period.
